I highly recommend Alex Cury of Compass. It has been a pleasure to work with him. Alex did a marvelous job of explaining the sales process, outlining the required steps, listening to our needs and living up to our expectations. He often went ‘above and beyond’ to assist us in preparing the property for sale. As an estate sale, Alex guided the personal representatives through the process of marketing and selling a condominium, including coordinating with the HOA on all needed documentation and coordination.

From the very beginning, Alex was incredibly generous with his time and knowledge. He took the time to get to know me personally, my budget, my goals for buying my first property. He explained every step of the process to me, and gave me some excellent advice on how to prepare to enter the market as a buyer in Seattle. Alex advised me on the best type of property to look for within my price range and he was not wrong. We toured many homes and I quickly got to see for myself that a new construction was the best option for me.... read more

Alex is the absolute best.. Working with him was an amazing experience. From the first meeting I knew I was in good hands. He spent time explaining the general home buying process and then the specifics of the Seattle market. He made us feel so at ease with working with him.
