Very helpful staff. Dr. Cruz is extremely friendly and took time to explain everything I needed to know. I was very satisfied with my visit. Update: I have now had surgery, and am very, very pleased with the Doctors’ work. The experience in the hospital was much more pleasant than expected due to two things: the wonderful, cheerful personalities of my nursing group, and, believe it or not, the hospital food. Very thorough, professional and personable.
A very good experience! The staff and doctor could not have been better. They were kind and efficient at the same time. From the moment I arrived until I left the practice, they listened to me and had a plan to move forward. The facility was clean and very organized. I highly recommend Dr. Cruz and his staff.
