We were scammed by Alex javalera- the owner who promised and sold us name brand carpet, and then installed cheap c@!%!y carpet instead hoping we wouldn't notice. We noticed. However they had already torn out the old carpet so we were forced to let them install the c@!%!y stuff until alex could come over and make it right. He never came over.
