After being told by Dr. Burton to come back to see him he showed no concern at all for my issue, did not even look into it to figure out what was actually wrong. He spent more time making jokes than figuring out my issue. After less than 5 minutes in the room told me to “live with it” and left. Very disheartened by the experience.
Dr. Burton is very personable and has a good sense of humor. I went in fully expecting to have to do surgery on my foot but he discussed that there was actually no need. He dispensed a pad for me to put in my shoe which instantly stopped the pain that I had been feeling for two years. My GP injected my foot with a long acting steroid which helped but really did not solve the problem. Dr. Burton had a much better solution
He is the best Dr. ever. Takes time with you, treats you like a human, not just another heel surgery. Went to 7 other Dr. to figure out severe pain in my heel, only to find out I had a textbook case. He fixed it. I highly recommend Dr. Alex Burton.
