First off I would like to thank the mechanic Izzy who saved me alot of money on repairs , I had gone to another shop further down and they had given me a quote with a price that sounded too high (probably cuz I'm a female or tax season rolled around) but I stopped in and Izzy told me what was wrong with my car and also explained everything that I needed and the exact amount of cost with labor included was. Wish I could give it 0 stars. Brought it in for some repairs. When I was going to leave, the car wouldn't start. They said they would call me back the next day but didn't. I called the day after, and they said they didn't have an update and that they'd call me the day after. This continued for almost 2 weeks. Snow is piled on top of it so they probably haven't looked at it at all. I am writing this while waiting inside because no one is ever there to help you out. Avoid this place. State inspection mechanics cannot own their own problem. I brought my car in, perfectly fine, no noises nothing wrong with it. After the inspection, I now hear a knocking on the front passenger side from the front/under the car. I brought this to their attention and they did not look at it and got defensive when questioned about it. Now I get to go and find another place to hopefully get it at least looked at, if not fixed. Terrible service.
