Garbage parts garbage labor stay away! $1600 for a water pump that lasted less than 6 months.
I had an outstanding experience at Alex Auto Repair. They were incredibly organized, honest, and provided top-notch service at a very fair price. They thoroughly inspected my car, explained what needed immediate attention, and let me know which minor issues could wait. First off I would like to thank the mechanic Izzy who saved me alot of money on repairs , I had gone to another shop further down and they had given me a quote with a price that sounded too high (probably cuz I'm a female or tax season rolled around) but I stopped in and Izzy told me what was wrong with my car and also explained everything that I needed and the exact amount of cost with labor included was. Wish I could give it 0 stars. Brought it in for some repairs. When I was going to leave, the car wouldn't start. They said they would call me back the next day but didn't. I called the day after, and they said they didn't have an update and that they'd call me the day after. This continued for almost 2 weeks. Snow is piled on top of it so they probably haven't looked at it at all. I am writing this while waiting inside because no one is ever there to help you out.
