I've been taking my car to Alex Auto for about 11 years. I'm one of those ladies who take their car to a mechanic every time it "sneezes". Alex has always been very helpful, patient, and efficient. He and his employees take time to look into the problem and come up with a pocket friendly solution. After they moved to their new location, it takes me about an hour to commute, but I will remain a faithful customer. Thank you for your great service!
Alex Auto is my to go mechanic and I recommend it to my Facebook BMW group that has 2.5k members. I have heard compliant at every other shop from members. Not one single compliant about Alex. Always honest, on time, and friendly. I have been looking for a couple of years for a mechanic to be stuck with and rely on. Alex and his buddy were awesome, had them install a cat back exhaust on my Shelby GT500 and they did an outstanding job and got it done in no time. Excellent shop now I can start going here instead of my local Stealership!
