Speachless. I love by bracelets...I need to add to my collection this year.
Horrible quality. I have bought quite a few charm bracelets and after a few months the fake "silver" chips off revealing some cheap metal underneath. I would think a company like yours would be embarrassed to have customers wearing bracelets that looked like that. I would expect these to last more than a year or 2. I will not be buying anymore and I am advising my friends not to either. Pandora is a better value. You get real silver for only a little more than you charge for the fake stuff.
Bad service ... I'll go somewhere else for it.
