The store was wonderful; however, two of their associates had HORRIBLE customer service!!! One chick was too busy entertaining some dudes & the other one had her head stuck so far up her butt that it was just ridiculous!! Madison came to my rescue because I was surely on my way out the door!! I don't know if I'll be back to this location so I'll more than likely go to the store in the city....it's all about customer service if you want me to spend my hard earned money!!!

Love your bracelets but not happy with your shipping. I ordered on the 27th & my items still haven't shipped. It would've been faster for me to drive there to get them.
