Las Olas has a great selection and customer service iwas above and beyond.
One of my favorite wrap bracelets broke that is now a retired piece, and the girl who helped was super sweet and helped me get into a new bracelet by going above and beyond.
If you are a well known business who will not exchange an unwanted item for a wanted one with out hassle Alex and Ani is this kind of business they are, they will not exchange if the price tag is not attached, but is with the item, not sure about anyone else I do not give a gift with the price attached, I find that to be very tacky, this is an even exchange, and should not be a problem, because of this I personally will never purchase anything from your business, and will advise others I know of this situation, this is a Chr... read more
