I received such awesome customer service today! I ordered two pieces online, but wanted to exchange for color. Despite being busy for holiday, I was helped as soon as I walked in, got the pieces I wanted and I even bought two more! And when I asked about additional boxes (I bought a set of 2 bracelets that I was gifting seprarely) the sales associates happily provided me with them! Thank you so much!
