I contacted customer service yesterday in regards to a sexual harassment case against this so called positive energy corporation and was denied my request to speak with a manger. I was on the call for over 40 minutes and was put on holdyesterday and was told that a supervisor would call me back by end of day. They never did. There was a glitch in the system where they had $5 cord bracelets and had a promotion if you sign up for a new account with them you save $5. Needless to say I get an email sayimg my order shipped. Then a few days later I received an email saying the order was cancelled. Needless to say me and all the Moms in my group are very disappointed. YOU DO NOT SEND EMAILS OUT TO PEOPLE WITH TRACKING NUMBERS THEN CANCEL ON THEM ESPC RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS. It just ain't right!! I will not do business with a company like that.
