Awful customer service. Issue not resolved. I tell manager I am unhappy and there is silence. Guess you really don't care about the customers who keep you in business!
Yesterday was the first time I had a positive experience in this store. All the sales girls ignored me. Except one. Teresa helped me find the perfect gift for my moms birthday with a smile and a friendly personality. I won't be coming back to this location that often, but if I do, I know there is at least one friendly associate!

'Twas the day before Christmas & a line wrapped around the block..... But they handled it with no stress, while taking names & talking to everyone. It really helped time fly. I know this time of year can be stressful for retail workers and shoppers, but I've never seen a system so organized. Major kudos! Thank you for making it special and easy to shop!
