Had such an amazing experience at this store today. I went in just looking for some polishing cloths to clean my jewelry and the young lady helping me was amazing. She took my bangles, tried to clean them and when she realized they were in pretty bad shape she exchanged them for me for new ones. I HAD PURCHASED THEM AT A DIFFERENT JEWLERY STORE! I was so beyond impressed with the customer service and the warm wonderful feeling the employees gave me. I will forever be a shopper at the Alex and Ani in Ridgewood!
Employees need a course in customer service and also need to not treat people who are not the "typical white women, blonde hair, rich and snobby" poorly. Needs diversity and some real down to earth people.
Samantha was so helpful! I was really satisfied with the level of attention she gave me. I will definitely re-visit the Ridgewood store. What a pleasant shopping experience!!!! Thank you Samantha for being an integral part of it!!!!!
I have never been in an Alex and Ani store, but I love what I see here !!! I definitely will be in next week to shop for my daughters, looking forward to a wonderful shopping experience :)
