If I could give more stars I would! This staff is amazing! I was part of a Charity by Design event hosted with this location and everything was spectacular. Amanda, Jan, and Cara went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and were extremely hospitable. During the event itself, I saw all of them managing a huge sales floor between 3 people, helping and assisting clients build out their own looks and sets without missing a beat. I love Alex and Ani, however I will NOT return to this location. The so call Assistant Manager was very rude. She wanted to go word for word with me about exchanging some of my gold bracelets that had tarnished. I will, however continue to purchase bracelets from the other DMV Alex and Ani locations.
I'm new to Alex and Ani. I came to this store to find a piece to share with my mom. I found it and so much more. The store has a good atmosphere and Emily was so helpful. I appreciate your help. Thank you.
