The staff there are fabulous! One lady named Morgan started talking to me for I was struggling with going to place flowers on my sons grave and it was the 6 th anniversary of my mom passing! I was an emotional wreck! Her and I both lost our sons the exact same way so in that few minutes she was a comfort. She started taking off her bracelets and got to the snowflake the 2015 limited edition and gave it to me!! She touched my heart to be such caring person in the cruel world. I purchased a bracelet this summer for my daughter and the charm broke off yesterday. I called and spoke to Tia, one of the Asst. Managers who was EXTEREMELY helpful to the point of trying to contact customer service for me. She is going way above and beyond to replace this bracelet for me and to get it done in plenty of time for Christmas. Great store manager. Very helpful and creative. Totally gets it is about building relationships with the customer.
New to Alex and Ani and wanted to consider 4 bracelets ( I am an Origami Owl designer) for myself and as gifts. Store was packed with customers and the 4 staff members were either too busy too assist while chatting about their social life or on their laptop...not impressed!!!!! Totally disappointed as there were three bracelets I can't get locally.
I was trying to track down specific earrings from Georgia and contacted this location when I couldn't find them in the area. I ordered them and when I received them I had the wrong product. Same color but miscommunications on style. I needed them asap for a gift and after speaking with Sam, the Assistant Manager, I am 100% satisfied. She was very apologetic and even offered to walk my shipment over to FedEx because they have Saturday shipping. Thank you so much everyone!
