Love this place! Professional, helpful, not pushy! I had a ring lose a stone once, I brought it in on my lunch break, and they replaced it immediately! Beautiful stuff, I've owned numerous pieces over the years, and have never had any issues with the quality (except the ring)!

I have 5 bracelets.. 1 of my bangles have fallen off and lost and my butterfly is broken in half. I understand when u may lose 1 but in the year that I have had my bracelets I have lost 3. I went into store to complain but they said there was nothing they could do for me after the first 1 fell off because it was past 60 days... Didn't go back after I lost other 2.. Love the concept but not willing to pay another 75 dollars ... I'll just wear the other 2 until they break 2
