Had an appointment and showed up on time but I waited over an hour. I also had the same problem last time. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
The waiting time is unbelievably horrible!! I had to wait over 2.5 hours since I was checked in. the staff there is really nice and doc is very informative!
doctors are ignorant. I was turned away and told to go to my regular doctor. no compassion and not mannerly.
From the moment I walked in the door, they were the rudest, most inconsiderate healthcare providers I have ever met. I do not suggest them to anyone.

There was only one person to take care of about 5 patients. I did not feel I was getting individualized care although the person knew what she was doing. Also she talked down to me like she thought I was on public aid and was more worried about my insurance than I was giving me a lecture on doing exercise so that I dont have to keep coming back. I am 70 years old and I told her I can cough and throw by back out or trip. I thought I would get massage which I have in the past but she mainly had me do exercises. She did apply p... read more
Crowded, long wait. Actual medical care was average, what youd expect from a crowded clinic. Billing has been a nightmare. Concentra mis-coded the bill. My insurance company says the service would be covered if Concentra resubmits with the proper code. Concentra hasnt done ANYTHING to correct the bill, after several months and multiple calls from me and my insurance company. I will not ever again step inside a Concentra.
This is one of the most incompetent clinics I have ever seen. I went there for my DOT recertification physical. I waited three hours to be seen by the doctor. When I finally got in to see him his exam was cursory at best. He hardly examined me other than to ask me some quick questions about my general overall health and point my hands at the ceiling. He only gave me a partial recert. based on those actions. I will stop payment on my check first thing tommorrow morning. I would definitely NOT recommend this clinic for anythin... read more
