I ordered a dinner for myself and asked for 2 slices of cheese pizza for my wife. The guy on the phone told me that they didn’t have any slices because they just sold the last one. Instead of offering to make another pizza, he just told me that they were out for the day. This was 2 pm on a Saturday! This was the second time I’ve had problems with them. Ordered twice for catering for work. Requested utensils and plates both times, and didn’t bring them either time, even when we called back. Two strikes. Will continue to order from Boston bay, the real gem of Westfield
Alessio’s has the best takeout in town, hands down! Pizza places are a dime a dozen in town, but Alessio’s is amazing! We had had a hard time finding consistently good takeout with delivery, and then we found Alessio’s. We’ve tried everything from their pizzas to grinders, dinners, and calzones. Just got my delivery of a Chicken Parmesan Dinner, arrived hot, huge portion, and absolutely delicious! Will definitely be ordering again! Finally a decent place to order dinner from in Westfield.

I love there pizza and there grinders never a bad experience
I’ve finally found a pizza shop who gets it right. Loved the buffalo chicken pizza and couldn’t believe how big a medium was! Great food and generous portions. One happy customer who will definitely be back.
July 30th my 8 month old granddaughter was taking from us in a brutal way by the hands of her father. Alessio reached out to us and offered some food to us at his expense. Not only is the food here AMAZING, but Alessio has a heart of gold to do this for us. Thank you Alessio for reaching out to us and thinking of our family in this horrible nightmare.
