After my appointment left the office feeling my eye care was in good hands.
I have been seeing Dr. Alessio since he opened his office in Strongsville. He is a very kind and caring Dr. making sure you understand everything he says. His technicians are also very helpful, answering any questions you may have. I would recommend Dr. Alessio to anyone.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice atmosphere in the office. Great service, had a 3:15 appointment and was done by 4:10 and that was with a complete exam.

My appointment was at 3:30pm; however, it was 4:20pm before I even saw the doctor. She didn't even apologize for making me wait 50 minutes past my appointment, of which I left work early to get to. When I wanted to pick out new glasses, the girl told me that my insurance only allows for new glasses every 2 years, which would be in September 2016. I said, "Even with a new prescription?" I went in February for an eye and contact exam and was given a new contact prescription and new lenses to try. The lenses fit horribly very blurry. I contacted the office and instead of them offering to try something else I was offered my old prescription which confuses me if my prescription changed why not let me try another type of lens to try new my new prescription. Dr. Alessio & Dr. Clemens are phenomenal! They are great at making children feel comfortable & the staff is very helpful as well!!
