We recently had our floors refinished by Alessandra Flooring and couldn’t be happier with the results. Tony Alessandra’s [owner] knowledge, customer service, and professionalism are nothing short of wonderful. Tony Alessandra found the flooring product we wanted (Appalachian 1/2" pre-finished in 'Medici') They demo'd the living room, dining room, den, powder room tile, and kitchen floors (over 750 SF), and installed the engineered wood in one day (with furniture moving) ! I am so happy with my Floors!!! I have hardwood floors throughout the top level of my house that have not been refinished in 20 years. Alessandra Floors did an amazing job at a reasonable price and very quickly. Tony was wonderful. He answered all of my questions and there were many 😀 and I knew what to expect the day the crew showed up. I couldn’t move all the furniture out so they did it on two separate days which made it much easier on me. Great results and I would highly recommend them.
We had carpeting installed in our finished basement. Tony was a pleasure to work with and kept us fully updated from beginning to end. I would fully recommend Alessandra Floors for any flooring needs.
