I have used Alert plumbing 3 or 4 times for plumbing issues both at my home and at my business. Every single time, they have arrived promptly, they diligently work until the problem is solved, they are reasonably priced, and their plumbers are friendly and polite.
They charged a family member for 2 service calls . Left a mess and my grandma who is 83 to clean it up
I called late in afternoon and Ray was very professional and courteous with me, even when I had asked for someone else. He said he would try to get someone out, just to take a look, hoping it wasn’t something major. Ernie came out and did some poking (pun intended) around , and was able to discover the problem. Thank goodness it was something minor. And thank God, it didn’t cost me and arm and a leg. The bill was very reasonable. Thank you Ray
Absolutely disappointed with Alet Plumbing. I was overcharged an outrageous amount for a fairly simple service. There was no transparency in the pricing, and I was hit with hidden fees that were never discussed upfront. I feel completely taken advantage of.
