They charged a family member for 2 service calls . Left a mess and my grandma who is 83 to clean it up
I called late in afternoon and Ray was very professional and courteous with me, even when I had asked for someone else. He said he would try to get someone out, just to take a look, hoping it wasn’t something major. Ernie came out and did some poking (pun intended) around , and was able to discover the problem. Thank goodness it was something minor. And thank God, it didn’t cost me and arm and a leg. The bill was very reasonable. Thank you Ray
Absolutely disappointed with Alet Plumbing. I was overcharged an outrageous amount for a fairly simple service. There was no transparency in the pricing, and I was hit with hidden fees that were never discussed upfront. I feel completely taken advantage of. I reached out to ask for clarification or a breakdown, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful. It’s clear they care more about inflating invoices than taking care of their customers.
