This is my story that started precisely 2 weeks ago. I have a bathroom and a den built over the old garage, which I love. The front of the garage is still a 4 x 12‘ storage. I noticed two weeks ago there was water coming out from the bottom of the storage, so I removed the wood that covers the hole to get under the house, and it’s flooded with water. It’s never fun when you hear water in the walls. Had to call Alert Plumbing on a weekend. That’s not fun either. What I will say is there technician was kind, thoughtful, hard-working and did a great job for us. It turned out to be a huge job, but I was there with him and saw that he was correct in his assessment of the problem. And after further digging around, he definitely was.
