Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Steve was a ant wrangler who made me feel comfortable and confident that the job would be done right. With assurances and explanations about the safety of the treatment around my cats, I was relieved to work with someone who was also on time and communicated easily.

Steve was friendly and informative. At first he didn?t see the any ants but applied the treatment and then when he saw the ants he worked to be sure the got what was needed. He was persistent!

Steve was so helpful, he came as soon as possible to help me with an ant issue and on top of that treated for a few other problems he saw that I was unaware of. He explained everything to me so I knew what chemicals were being used and what they were for.
The owner Steve was extremely friendly and thorough. I had an ant problem and he was able to see me the next day. It was reassuring to know he was coming right away and gave us the price and plan ahead of time.

Alert was very responsive to my call. Technician Ethan was most conscientious and thorough in treating all areas of my home and property. He explained what he was doing and why. When I called a week later with a question, Steve returned my call immediately and thoroughly answered my question.
