Skyler, Eli, Martin, Patrick, Frankie, and one more gentleman that came with Patrick the first night but I do not recall his name. These group of men have been awesome since my water leak in my kitchen. They are very kind, respectful and they have been so patient with me asking them questions from the beginning and they have been a great mitigation team between myself and the insurance. I will recommend them to anyone needing help. Great service. Thank you gentlemen for your great work.

Alex has done a remarkably efficient job addressing major water damage here from a burst pipe, going out of his way to inconvenience me as little as possible as he worked. He took extra care moving and protecting all my possessions, including boxing up many shelves of books in affected library and also emptying out guest bathroom and laundry room items. His co-worker Marcos cooperated with much of the work as well, as did other Alert techs who were all courteous and efficient. I appreciate the professionalism of this company... read more

Alert Disaster Restoration was there when we didn't know which way was up or down. Since we travel a lot we let them take it from demolition to full renovation. Brad the project Manager was outstanding and Gerson who worked with us to accommodate our travel arrangement was nothing but outstanding! Hopefully, we won't have another fire but if we ever did we wouldn't even think twice, we would use Alert Disaster Restoration again and again!!!
