Our technician, Mark Garcia, did an outstanding job! He arrived on time, explained the process and what he was going to do, and did it! The room was left dry and clean and ready for the next step. I would recommend ADR to our friends and associates if such services are needed in the future.
Kolin has been awesome in handling all the repairs and all the guys that came put throughout the project were extremely nice, knew what they were doing and hardworking.
We had a very good experience with this company. They showed up the same day we called, explained the process, came back the next morning and got to work. I would highly recommend Alert Disaster Restoration. Franky and Matthew are great. They came promptly to check and tested several areas of the house for possible presence of moisture or mold due to plumbing leak from the sewer line. They gave their honest opinion unlike other service provider who sometimes intentionally take advantage of the situation.
