After finding out there was mold in the kitchen, we contacted Alert Disaster Restoration. It was a smooth process from start to finish. Edgar and Alex arrived at the house ready to get the issue resolved. They are a hard working team! They put my mind at ease by answering any questions I had about the mold issue. Hopefully, I won’t need a restoration service again. However, if I do, I hope that I can work with Edgar and Alex from Alert Disaster Restoration.
We had water and mold damage in the kitchen. Edgar and Alex were friendly and throughly explained the process. Plus, they were always available to answer any questions that came up during the day. They embody excellent customer service! The job site was kept clean and tidy. Finally, all of the mold was safely removed and the kitchen restored. Highly recommended!
