I've used Alert Carpet cleaning since 2014 to clean all the rentals I care for. I had the home with the "spring" carpet! Ew! They do a fantastic job, have good prices, and are always able to accommodate my carpet cleaning needs!
After the summer fires, there was just too much dust in the carpets. I called Alert Carpet Cleaning (I met Kurt after he made a very beautiful TV stand for me and remembered he had a carpet cleaning business and his wife handles the housekeeping end) who made a prompt appointment, showed up on time and did a thorough walkthrough, covering any areas of concern and took the time to discuss and inform us of what work would be done during the visit.
