It’s just an unsafe place for a vacation. I would never recommend this place for a Airbnb. Please go look for a resort. One I should’ve got was Edgewater Resort with all inclusive. Take my advice because holly the A/C is so loud and barely keeps the room cold. Very bad engineering and planning.
The room is good but communication is horrible. We rented a condo good for eight people and was not notified that only one car is allowed inside the property. Arriving at 2AM we saw that policy on the entry gate. Called security who allowed us to park for the meantime only to wake up past 9AM and the extra car get towed.
The ac barley managed room at 76-77 degrees the parking is terrible one spot per condo no extras and just trying to get our entire party there and belongings was a logistical nightmare have been coming to Destin area for 22 years first time using this particular condos never again
I enjoyed myself there love place an what they give you use sn fact make you feel at home but only thing I didn't like is parking for cars only have 1 car that was pain
The worst place we ever stay, air conditioner doesn't work,in the unit E203 , temperature is in it 84 °,,called and texted the customer service , for 15 hours, no one showed to fix...don't recommen this place..
