Finally after 6 or 8 weeks of inept ( but well meaning, just not competent ) nurses messing around and the wound not healing, we are in the hands of a very knowledgeable person with a great staff. PA-C Alene has a wonderful bedside manner that will immediately put you at ease all the while completing her tasks to treat your wound. Very pleasant, friendly office atmosphere, it’s like the staff “likes” to come to work. Looking forward to a short relationship, because she is good at her job the wound will heal quickly.
I love the staff and Alene is a brilliant, up front physician that gives it to you straight and doesn't sugar coat your diagnosis. Very satisfied with her and will be recommending her to anyone in need.
