the technician at this salon ripped my cuticle with such force i now have Paronychia and have to seek medical attention. incredibly rude staff as well. I received a manicure and pedicure on 9/18 here at Alena Nail and Spa, and i am now left with an infection middle finger and big toe. at this point i’m afraid they will never heal and be the same again. my finger nail bleed in the salon and they weren’t even very apologetic. prior to this i’d been going to this salon for 6 + months without an issue.
Came here on a whim with my friend, Kevin was able to squeeze us in last minute. He did such a fantastic job! Most definitely going back every few weeks just to see him!
They did such a wonderful job on my full set and pedicure! He stayed an hour after close to finish me and my friends sets, they both turned out beautiful.
