Extremely unprofessional! They don't pay rents to the owner for months even when the tenants have paid on time. The accountant/owner has ceased to communicate in any form.

Poor or no communication. Not paying owner on time even though renters paying on time. Lied about a check deposit which didn’t make it to my bank last month. Didn’t even have my deposit information in their system I had to tell them that. Deposited a different (lower) amount the last day of the month (15 days late). No reconciliation of payment amounts. I have contracted with APMPROS to manage a house that I am renting to a great tenant. They were to collect the rent and send it to me by the 15th of the month after subtracting their management fee. They have collected two months rent from my tenant and have not tendered it to me. I have sent numerous emails and called several times. I have been told that John only does maint and Jim does the finances. Jim has not responded to my recent emails and when I call him, he does not answer no return my call. Apmpros has been collecting April and May rent fee on my behalf but has not deposited to my bank account. Jim A and ******(finance) doesn't responses calls emails and texts.

I hired this company to manage my 600 s/f bungalow in West Seattle in January of 2020. They charge a fee of $1,800 up front for setting up the account, and then $80/mo to deal with managing the rent checks and all other management issues that may arise, including maintenance and tenant disputes, etc. This company seems to be a bait-and-switch. In the few months I have been in contract with them, I have had to call and email regarding missing/late rent payments. I have tried to get the owner to return phone calls to no avail.... read more
