Poor or no communication. Not paying owner on time even though renters paying on time. Lied about a check deposit which didn’t make it to my bank last month. Didn’t even have my deposit information in their system I had to tell them that. Deposited a different (lower) amount the last day of the month (15 days late). No reconciliation of payment amounts.
