I didn't end up buying from them, but probably should have. They were reasonable, timely, and while I wasn't happy with the financing terms, they were straightforward and I think they'd have stood by their product better than the shop I did buy from.
Lou was a good guy. Just wasn't what we were looking for. Didn't apply much pressure. good overall experience.

Mike was great with communication, but not pushy. quality vehicle, very clean.
Very quick response. Found a lower mileage car.
Ralph was super friendly, and could tell me all about the vehicles I was interested in, I just ended up shopping a little closer to home.
Manager called me within a reasonable time frame. He asked and answered questions for me. I was invited for a test drive. I didn't make it up there this time. Thanks for the follow up.
From the minute I walked in there, dean who I had several phone conversations with made me feel comfortable! I bought a beautiful classic Audi and they went out of there way to make it perfect for me! Great dealer, nice people! The owner even came and sat with me and told all about the car, in 35 years of buying cars I've never sat with the owner! Great experience great dealership! Will be going back for my next one!
Worst service i have ever had. Will never go here again, its not worth the head ache. They lie, avoid answering questions and dont call you back.
