I've been experiencing lot of pain, but doc has been patient with me! I'm having better days because of him!!
I wish I would’ve come 10 years earlier. I learned more today than I have in years. I didn’t understand what pain management really meant.
I had a problem with an Rx pain prescription. I called office to get an adjustment in Rx wording so Insurance co-pay was reasonable. When you call- YOU ONLY GET THE ANSWER SERVICE, NEVER THE OFFICE STAFF...they put me on hold while I waited for confirmation, which they came back with -I THOUGHT! - THIS WAS FRIDAY! .. I AM WRITING THIS TODAY, TUESDAY - STILL NO RX! CALLED OFFICE, SPOKE TO ANSWER SERVICE. BUT THIS TIME SOMEONE FROM OFFICE GOT ON THE PHONE..I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION WITHOUT THE RX SINCE FRIDAY - SHE SAID DR TAP... read more
Never I felt so disappointed... disrespect...I'm going into my 3rd round of steroids shot...I'm in a sick amount of pain...I'm wearing pampers because if I drink any liquids....I can't make it to the bathroom...Staff at office... horrible...no sympathy... horrible..I worked for an eye surgeon.. People are scared... part of the job.....make your patient comfortable...... Make them feel all is going to be ok... And it will be ok..... you just make a gesture of kindness....Talk to your staff Dr Tapia

Dr Tapia understood my problem and I know he will cure me from my pain.
I recently relocated to Delray Beach. I was seeing a sister practice in St Pete for many years. The transfer of my treatments was done completely by email. Dr Tapia even stayed late for my first treatment with him. Overall excellent service great Dr. I’ll be back every three months.
Staff was courteous and informative. Doctor was patient; listened to my concerns; and reviewed my case thoroughly. Very pleased with Dr. Tapia.
