Untrustworthy office. I am a patient need a referral/ General Surgeon, Took all info from the urgent care I was in on NYE. One of the girls at the front desk told me I don’t need to give anything but the info regarding the referral. So I made my appt with the specialist and call my primary’s doc office to give all info. I received a called from from Dr Luna assistant 3 hrs later letting me know I need paper work I faxed it. She’ll check on it & call me back. Needless to say she never did. Excellent experience with Dr. Luna. He is patient, caring, and smart! He doesn't rush and has a wonderful bedside manner. Highly recommend.
Dr Luna is easy to talk to, he listens to you and explains your situation and treatment in a way you can understand. He never rushed me. Staff is friendly and the office has a lab on site which is very convenient.
Dr Luna gives the greatest patient care in Plantation, listens, and finds solutions to me health issues.
Excellent doctor.
