Alex was always a pleasure to deal with. She has a pleasant, kind, caring, professional, compassionate attitude. She is also very knowledgeable. She will be greatly missed at NCH.
Alex was absolutely the best! I couldn't believe how much time she spent with me. She thoroughly explained all of my hospital tests and listened to my concerns. She even adjusted my medication for unwanted side effects. My husband was there and she answered all of his questions too. I would definitely recommend her. She is very smart and nice too
