I have followed her from her previous practice at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center. Dr. Pro-Risquez is an attentive listener and a compassionate PCP.
Dr. Pro-Risquez never fully listens to me the few times I have been to see her. Each time I see her she never knows my medical history nor remembers my medical issues or why I am there to see her. All my other doctors look everything up on the computer system where all my records are. She never seems to know me or who or what she has referred me to other specialists for. She has zero bedside manner and she lacks empathy for her patients. Horrible experience.
