The rudest, most arrogant, and nastiest doctor I have ever come across. Her tone, demeanor, and language was dehumanizing and beyond rude. So unprofessional. She may be skilled but I would never return to her “care.” Beware.

This Dr is the most unprofessional, arrogant, woman with a god complex. She had my preemie go 17 hours without eating and didn't even acknowledge it. She bullys you into surgery sooner than needed because it fits her schedule better. She will look at your child as a set of eyeballs she gets to operate on and nothing more. She is rude and condescending. When I asked her if there was another Dr that could do my son's surgery she laughed and rolled her eyes. We had Dr Oatts do his surgery and It went wonderful. GO WITH DR. OATTS Dr. de Alba is one of the most unprofessional doctors I have ever met. She lied about the timeframe our son needed to have his surgery, and backtracked about multiple things noted in his chart. She tried to tell us how anesthesia works, which is way outside the realm for an eye doctor, and we told her we didn't want her opinion.
