I called to inquire about the affordable housing program and whether I could be placed on the waiting list. The receptionist informed me that the waiting list was closed and that I would have to wait approximately five years before I could even be added. Sandy was so rude beyond comprehension. If you’re looking for professionalism, patience, or even basic courtesy, you’ll have to look elsewhere. What you’ll find here is a masterclass in power-tripping and dismissiveness. Honestly, it’s impressive how quickly a simple conversation can be turned into an argument. She certainly has a unique management style if by ‘management’ you mean shutting down conversations and flexing authority for the sake of it. I have nothing but great things to say about living at Alegre. I have been living at this community for almost 10 years. The property is well maintained. When I have work orders Sandy makes sure to get things done immediately. The ones whom speak poorly of Sandy are those not wanting to follow rules and entitlement. Sandy is professional, kind, and a great manager that shows that she cares for the community.

I have lived here going on two years! WOW! the time has past too fast! We have an AWESOME manger, Sandy and maintiance Man, Dean! They both are so professional and keep this place just so pristine! I am so greatful for this team!!! Alegre Rocks!!
