Sandy was so rude beyond comprehension. If you’re looking for professionalism, patience, or even basic courtesy, you’ll have to look elsewhere. What you’ll find here is a masterclass in power-tripping and dismissiveness. Honestly, it’s impressive how quickly a simple conversation can be turned into an argument. I have nothing but great things to say about living at Alegre. I have been living at this community for almost 10 years. The property is well maintained. When I have work orders Sandy makes sure to get things done immediately. The ones whom speak poorly of Sandy are those not wanting to follow rules and entitlement. Sandy is professional, kind, and a great manager that shows that she cares for the community.
I have lived here going on two years! WOW! the time has past too fast! We have an AWESOME manger, Sandy and maintiance Man, Dean! They both are so professional and keep this place just so pristine! I am so greatful for this team!!! Alegre Rocks!!
Time goes so fast that I am living in this property almost 9years. After changed 2times management companies current manager took over the position and she did make a real good job and properly When we need a helping from the office Sandy was quick response and fixed problems. She does beautifully done past few years. I really appreciated it what she's doing and taking care of our community and property .
