Purchased home... Worst experience I have ever had. Lisa in the office is the only person I can stand to work with unfortunately she did not handle our sale and closing. I have purchased 5 homes and have never experienced anything as unethical, sloppy, and rude in my life. Things were told to us to get us to buy but since we signed, nothing that was promised has been done.. Trim, decks, nothing. How about while your people are walking around handing out warnings for not mowing lawns you pick up the trash that's on the ground by all the drainage ditches. And clear all the broken branches in the trees. We have a bunch behind our house and one is hanging over our shed with a long span. Don't tell me when they break and destroy property that they fell from an act of God too. And our decks still haven't been fixed correctly.
