It’s my anniversary. I’m breaking my own rule to get nail enhancements because I want to feel special today. Debated on posting this or not because some of the techs are good and I don’t like leaving bad reviews but it needs to be said, I’ve been coming here for a while but the last couple times have definitely been bad experiences. One of the male techs is really rough and did not do a great job with my pedicure and left glue all over my fingers. I used to enjoy coming here but probably won’t be coming back.
Tried to have quality relaxing pedi w my daughter. LISA was in a huge rush grabbing my feet & mumbling. Couldn’t really understand or hear her. Not much polite chat-except they’re busy & understaffed w techs on vacay to Boston for graduation. A lot of upsale for gel polish & extra for french tips. The young girl w Lisa was very polite & professional with my daughter. I didn’t get her name, but I wish I got her. Nice salon & clean.
Absolutely gorgeous work done by the staff here. they are all talented and do great quality work. I felt like a princess.
