Update: I had a GelX set done on Friday afternoon and today (Monday) I had a nail pop off this morning… glued it back on and planned on going to the salon for a repair tomorrow after work. Just sat down at 830pm and one more fell off. I felt the rest and 2 more were loose and came off with little effort. It took me less than 2 minutes to pop all my nails off with no acetone or tools. I make it a point to leave honest, detailed reviews, and I am genuinely impressed with this salon. I came in for a set on my natural nails and mentioned that I am extremely hard on my hands due to working in a hospital and with horses, so preventing breakage is my main priority. I have been getting dip manicures for years. Never have I had them look this bad. The pictures are after them attempting to fix them twice. 2 different nail techs, they are so rude! I will never go back! The also cut me in several spots. I would go somewhere else to fix them, but my hands are so sore from all the filing on my skin.
Visiting my daughter, who now lives here and we came in today to get pedicures and Manicures. What a wonderful salon! Best pedicure ever!
