If I could give this negative stars I would. Buyer beware. I am not sure how they are still in business. The quality of work is disgraceful. The rv you take in, will not be that of the same quality when it comes out. Forget about asking to speak to a higher level supervisor, cfo, or shop owner because according to them, he is a silent owner and doesnt exist. This business did poor work, at an expensive rate, and refused to stand by their work when things eventually failed. In January 2020, I took my pop-up trailer in to get the roof ********** of the arms that lift the room had caved in after the cables had snapped. The cables are connected to the gear in the back of the pop-up, which when pulled raises the roof. In order to work on the cables, they worked on the crank in the back (the mechanism that makes it all happen). I got the trailer back. Opened it. All good. Then covid h... read more

As per customers own admission, ******************** waited over 3 years to contact us about an issue with the work performed on his ****** is unknown and I see that the issue is even with the work we performed. 3 years is well beyond a reasonable timeframe to inspect and report any issues with any work performed in any industry, let alone mechanics. We also did not refuse to look at the *** We refused to look at it for free.Therefore, this review should be dismissed.

Brought my vehicle to them and told them the problems. The agreeement was they would spent half hour to dx and then repair each item. I walked out owing $380 without one thing dx or fixed!!! Why? Because it is a modified van. Which is obvious once you open the door. So basically lots of money to open the door and tell me what I already knew and asked to have repaired. Sorry you are not satisfied. Customer came in looking for an estimate to do very custom work to the vehicle that required technician time to determine pricing. Customer was fully aware and signed store policy before we looked at the vehicle that technician diagnostic time will be charged accordingly. We never agreed to only a half hour charge. We also checked all fluids in vehicle as requested. Again, sorry you are dissatisfied, but this was disclosed prior.

Great service All the employees were very polite and were knowledgeable of all the truck accessories. We inquired about golf carts and Glen was very knowledgeable. He also had different suggestion with different golf carts between gas and electrical that convince us on getting a gas cart. Everyone was very helpful ...
