This business did poor work, at an expensive rate, and refused to stand by their work when things eventually failed. In January 2020, I took my pop-up trailer in to get the roof fixed. One of the arms that lift the room had caved in after the cables had snapped. The cables are connected to the gear in the back of the pop-up, which when pulled raises the roof.
