I was disappointed with my treatment. After 3 years, my front teeth weren't straight. Dr. Elchal told me they were, but very clearly they are not!!! Disappointed, and his braces are very expensive!!!
I did not have problems with Elchahal until this past year when I had to get a new retainer. I did not think the new one fit well and have been back three times since to get it fixed, at $90 an appointment. I felt like I was getting blown off each time, getting to see Elchahal for only a few seconds each time. I wish I had just gone somewhere else to get a new retainer i f I knew I'd be spending almost $300 to still be unsatisfied. My sister and I both got are teeth to look great but only have Dr. Elchanhal took care of us, and the braces came off quicker than anticipated. Him and his staff did an incredible job and the teeth still look great many years. Thank you!
Dr. Elchahl's practice is too big for his own good. I was a patient of his for years, yet even at my last visits it was clear he did not know who I was. More concerning was the fact that my orthodontic issues that we had discusses countless times seemed to be new to him. My long-time dentist attempted to contact Dr. Elchahal several times to discuss my treatment but his call and letters were ignored. Dr. Elchahal impressed me with his technology and nice personality. However, his office staff did not impress me one bit. They were often times inefficient and did not go out of their way to be welcoming or friendly. Overall, I am not pleased with the outcome of our orthodontic results.
Dr Elchahal is great and friendly dentist. The office staff on the other hand is rude and nonfriendly. If you have a finacial problem one month, don't expect them to work with you. My daughter has braces too, we went to a different ortho. and they have been a pleasure to deal with. Dr. Elchahal is wonderful, his office front staff is the worst front staff that I have ever dealt with!!
I've used this orthodontist for myself and now my two kids. I like everything about this doctor except the waiting has grown extremely long the past year. It's not unusual to wait :40 for a scheduled appointment. I'm also disappointed in the service their front desk offers.
Wonderful, friendly, on time service. You couldnt be in better hands anywhere.
