I cant say enough about this practice and Dr Elchahal. I brought my daughter here for treatment after two other rounds of orthodontics at other offices. In full honesty- she did not wear her retainers like she was supposed to and her teeth shifted. This time we came in for Invisalign. We love Dr. Alec Elchahal Orthodontic Group! My family has been with the practice for 9 years. They have treated my niece, nephew, son, husband and myself. We are extremely happy with the results and can't stop smiling. The office staff is phenomenal and both doctors are wonderful. This office is top notch and in my opinion the best Orthodontic office around.
Entire staff we encountered were professional and welcoming from the moment I walked in the front door to the time I left. Doctor was very pleasant and explained the treatment plan thoroughly. Cost was comparable to other orthodontist in the area. I give this practice a two thumbs up.
ok..average did not get my treatment done as the quote was too high Beware of the quote they give.
I was disappointed with my treatment. After 3 years, my front teeth weren't straight. Dr. Elchal told me they were, but very clearly they are not!!! Disappointed, and his braces are very expensive!!!
I did not have problems with Elchahal until this past year when I had to get a new retainer. I did not think the new one fit well and have been back three times since to get it fixed, at $90 an appointment. I felt like I was getting blown off each time, getting to see Elchahal for only a few seconds each time. I wish I had just gone somewhere else to get a new retainer i f I knew I'd be spending almost $300 to still be unsatisfied. Dr. Elchahl's practice is too big for his own good. I was a patient of his for years, yet even at my last visits it was clear he did not know who I was. More concerning was the fact that my orthodontic issues that we had discusses countless times seemed to be new to him. My long-time dentist attempted to contact Dr. Elchahal several times to discuss my treatment but his call and letters were ignored. Dr. Elchahal impressed me with his technology and nice personality. However, his office staff did not impress me one bit. They were often times inefficient and did not go out of their way to be welcoming or friendly. Overall, I am not pleased with the outcome of our orthodontic results.
Dr Elchahal is great and friendly dentist. The office staff on the other hand is rude and nonfriendly. If you have a finacial problem one month, don't expect them to work with you. My daughter has braces too, we went to a different ortho. and they have been a pleasure to deal with. Dr. Elchahal is wonderful, his office front staff is the worst front staff that I have ever dealt with!!
