About this business

A popular microbrewery located a little away from the city center, Ale Asylum started off with a humble production capacity of 11,000 barrels. Their consistently good brews met with success and led to an expansion in 2012, with the brewery now capable of producing 50,000 barrels. “Ghosted” has changed my opinion on Ale Asylum in enough of a redeeming way that I hope I see more brews in that style from them. Ghosted is the best Ale Asylum brew I’ve had to date.

Went with a group of 5 friends - for drinks and a little bite to eat. Our waitress was great! (she was able to remind us it was almost the end of happy hour to get us another round - now that was amazing!) The drinks & food - really were amazing! (we ordered - poutine, buffalo cauliflower, ahi tuna, nachos and the deviled eggs- drinks we had old fashioneds, wine, beer, mule and a couple other cocktails from the menu) I look forward to going back to try other things on the menu!

I had the Sunday Brunch-wich and cannot stop thinking about it. Fried chicken, bacon, and a fried egg on top of a waffle topped with powdered sugar and maple butter? It was divine. Will definitely be back on more Sundays!
