I had the roasted root veggie salad tonight, and it was SO GOOD! It's a perfect warm salad on a cold night. I will order this every time I'm here for as long as it's on the menu!
Ale Asylum is quite possibly the best brewery in the country. Each beer has it's own character and distinct flavor. You can taste the expert craftsmanship in every sip and every bottle. There isn't a single Ale Asylum beer that I wouldn't drink. I can't say that about any other brewery anywhere. And that Mercy, oooooh that Mercy!
