Not great at customer service. Tried to get an email address to submit my complaint looking for representation, and because I'm disabled and done want to repeat myself a dozen times in a couple hours. My dilemma is all typed out, proofread and easy to understand. Can't do that with me on phone. No care for disabled customers wanting help.

Called this number to get in touch with Aldous and Associates. This is NOT them by the way! Do not call this number if that's who you're looking for. However, if you call you will probably speak to an incredibly nice lady who probably gets the same call 10 times a day. She deserves a raise. She was incredibly professional and handled my call with a level of grace that someone does not gain overnight and that's why I wanted to come back and give a review
