This was our first time (my husband and I) at Aldo's as we are not from the area. This place is EXCELLENT! Not only did they allow me to push back my reservation at the last minute, but the attention that we received was phenomenal. We had the salmon with pasta and lime chicken with veggies. Both were delicious. We also had creme brûlée and vintage brownie for dessert! Yum! Samantha, our waitress, was superb! Patient, knowledgeable, fast, you name it! Having lived in VB for 20+ years and After many many years of not going back because I felt like my business wasn't appreciated, my family went for a pre-graduation lunch last week. I felt more welcome than before and the server was Great, BUT I ordered a margarita pizza, which was basically a cheese pizza (no fresh tomatoes or fresh motz) with basil tossed on it. My Husband and I were there last night to celebrate his military promotion and our experience was absolutely incredible!! Our server Jeff was amazing and attentive in every way, and the food was incredible! My filet al cognac melted in my mouth, my husband got the fileto sorrentino and fell in love at first bite, and the fresh mozzarella wrapped in prosciutto that was on the specials list was divine! The hubby and I were there last night and were knocked right out of our seats! We have been to Aldo's many times and have always ordered just off of the menu, but this time we decided to go with the specials. David had the lamb chops and I had the flounder. OMG! Fabulous! Our waiter Steven was amazing. He was very engaging and when he reeled off the huge list of specials, my jaw dropped. He even assisted us with our with our wine selection. I'm ashamed to say I've lived in the general area for 16 years, today was the first time I tried Aldo's. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic! Our server Mike, was wonderful and very attentive. I will be back to try the dessert case

My wife and I are regulars at Aldo's and are always pleased with the excellent food and service. Well, today, Mothers Day, one of the busiest days of the year, they went above and beyond. Both of us have been sick for the past few days and I wanted us to have something different for our housebound meal. I called and spoke to Jim to ask if he would even consider doing a take out dinner order for us and, without hesitation, he said he would make it happen even though they don't usually do take outs on this day.
