I had a very frustrating experience with this company. The product I received arrived with no instructions at all, which is disappointing and creates a poor customer experience. I tried calling for support but was transferred multiple times with no resolution. I then attempted to use the online chat, which ended up being even slower and not helpful. I regret shopping here and recommend others avoid making the same mistake.
