I’ve had a few experiences with this primary care office, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. I had to go several times (had to pay the co-pay each time). I think that's unnecessary. After the doctor reviews my blood work, it will be my last time visiting him and this place. The staff is not as helpful as I would expect, especially when it comes to providing clear direction on the small details that really makes a difference. El Dr Martinez Fleites es muy profesional y atiende muy bien a sus pacientes, el staff de su oficina ayuda mucho y son muy atentos, siempre pendientes de todo , en mi opinion este Dr es de 5 estrellas.
Never got to see the doctor. The office staff is very unprofessional. An hour after scheduled appointment I get called to the window and the front desk lady disclosed that they did not take my insurance. All of this could have been avoided if the had simply checked my benefits when I provided them with my insurance info a week prior to scheduled appointment. Extremely unprofessional.
