Very unfortunate having to leave a negative review because he is a very nice guy, and probably a great doctor, but hopefully I can save someone the frustration that I went through. Apparently he's notorious for leaving his patients waiting for absurd amounts of time, and I found this out the hard way. Waited almost an hour past my scheduled appointment time in the lobby and when I finally asked what was going on, they told be it would be another 30 minute before he could see me. Dr Ilarde is a wonderful doctor! Not only is he thorough but he's attentive and kind. He has the best bedside manner of anyone I've ever seen. I have never felt rushed or discounted by him and I have a great deal of confidence in his expertise and knowledge. You can't go wrong with Dr. Ilarde!
Showed up to my appointment, was taken to an exam room and asked preliminary questions by a nurse, and that's it. The doctor was a no show. The office supervisor was rude and unhelpful. If you expect to be seen by a doctor when you book a doctor's appt, this is not the place for you.
This was most thorough appointment I have ever had. He listened an was very attentive to my complicated medical history. Wonderful staff am very impressed.
