Great service, clean store,prices are great meats,produce always fresh at Buckner location the manager (David) is very friendly!
I fell inside of the store on N. Tarrant Pkwy, Keller/Ft. Worth. None of the store employees came to help me when I yelled for help or stayed with me after I fell, nor followed up with me after watching me be lefted into the Medstar ambulance. I didn't have any health insurance and have alot of medical bills to pay. I've contacted Aldi many times in person, by phone, letter and email to get help with my medical bills. Aldi never responded. Why does ALDI allow their employees to behave so unprofessionally to the point they progress to suspected financial POS processing manipulation as a way to premise a refusal of service to a customer? In the weekly Ad, gulf shrimp on sale, but i went three times last week nothing in store. It is funny, this week gulf shrimp on sale again, i went 4 times and two different stores,but none of them have it. If you don't have shrimp don't put on Special just go make people go that is not right. Time is money.
Many issues with rotten produce, canned food, and meat. Will not be shopping at Aldis anymore. Local grocery chains are now the same price if not cheaper on quality items. Aldis is very over rated. Gave one star just so I could post my comment.
I am so very disappointed that Aldis will NOT being back there moisturizers and facial cleaners. This was the very first items that DID NOT irritate or cause my skin to break out. Please reconsider your decision please.

Dear Sirs, I bought one of you spiral sliced hams the double glazed type at 1.99 lbs the outer three slices of the ham were fine on serving the ham the inside meat was mushy and almost rotten like sure messed up my Thanksgiving dinner thank goodness I had a turkey to back up my meal.,for I had to throw the ham in the trash was totally disappointed in the product.I have bought other hams before and never once had a problem.This was bought at your Chardon store in ohio, Thank you judystack@sbcglobal.net
