white lady that worked the register gave me a hard time. needed to borrow the cart but wouldn’t let me use it when there were other carts that were not in use. she yelled at me saying that i can carry it which i’ve tried but my things kept dropping. after paying, i had to run outside to get a quarter just to exchange the cart because cashier won’t let me use “her cart” to bring it out to the car. other customers have seen this and offered me to take it but cashier refused to let me borrow it.
